Terms of Service

By connecting an Instagram account to AutoChat or using its features, you agree to these terms.

The service

AutoChat automatically replies to comments and direct messages on Instagram accounts that their owners have connected. We provide it as is, and we may change or discontinue features.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorised to manage any Instagram account you connect.
• You must follow Instagram's and Meta's terms and policies, including their messaging rules and the 24-hour messaging window, and applicable laws on marketing and privacy.
• You are responsible for the content of your automations and for the links you send. Do not use AutoChat for spam, harassment, deception, or anything unlawful.
• Tell people what you will do with information they give you (such as an email address).

Access and termination

You can disconnect your account at any time by removing AutoChat in Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites, or by emailing us. We may suspend access if these terms or Meta's rules are broken.

Disclaimer and liability

The service depends on Meta's platform, which may change or fail. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost messages, lost leads, account actions taken by Meta, or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
